WORK PERFORMED Acted as project manager coordinating site management and renovation operations of the first (204 unit) LIHTC acquisition rehab. As Owners representative, we coordinated all contractors, scoped all units, secured new sub contract agreements and monitored all on-site activity. Also advised management staff on how best to prepare and execute the transition process to all qualified tax credit/market rate units.

WORK IN PROGRESS In August 2004 conducted Organizational and Staff Assessments as part of the new leadership transition.
In March 2005 conducted and facilitated Board Strategic Planning Workshop outlining the organizations plans for asset management conversion and future development of new assets.
Currently, providing development services including developing the solicitation for a development partner to guide the GHA through the replacement of all 250 of its outdated public housing units of the next five to eight years. Our role is to act as it guardian advisor reviewing all development plans and proposals presented to the client and advising on the viability of each plan before the Board accepts them.
